The Women's Global Network for Reproductive Rights (WGNRR) is an autonomous, feminist and grassroots network of groups and individuals from every continent who aim to achieve and support reproductive and sexual health rights (RSHR) for women everywhere. WGNRR has dedicated itself to the grassroots and to bringing their voices to policy and lobbying levels. We define RSHR as interrelated, basic human rights which enable women to have safe, responsible and fulfilling sex lives and the self determination to freely decide if, when and how often to have children, free from coercion, discrimination and violence. This includes the right of access to safe, legal abortion.

Historically, WGNRR has played a major role in the fight for reproductive freedom for all women. It has been the political home of grassroots organisations and established NGOs worldwide. By bringing these groups together into an international network, WGNRR has been able to raise their voices and increase their impact in international, regional and local advocacy. WGNRR is an important bridge between local activists and international organisations and networks.

WGNRR is the only global network focusing on sexual and reproductive rights of women and girls while operating from a feminist and women's focused perspective which allows grassroots organisations and activists from all over the world to join.
